The dealership website left quite the positive impression of the type of establishment we would want to do business with. We made a call to the dealership on Labor Day to inquire if it was open. Although it was closed, Tom the owner answered the phone and invited us to look at the boat that was covered outside of the showroom. We were not made to feel as though we were inconveniencing him in any way.

We took our time looking over the boat both inside and outside. The boat was clean and well displayed.

When we were finished we discovered the door to the dealership to be open. Tom greeted us and asked if we had any questions. He gave us information on the boat and offered us to contact the sales manager the next business day. He then offered us something to drink before our hour long trip back home. We felt very impressed with how welcoming and accommodating Tom was especially on a holiday when the dealership was closed. After deciding that we wanted very much to purchase the boat we called the next day and again spoke with Tom. We came to an agreement easily and then were turned over to Neil who would complete the experience. Neil took us on a sea trial and impressed us even more. He was able to answer every question we had with expertise. We didn't have to haggle or negotiate to get a couple items addressed. Not only did Neil take care of our requests, he went above and beyond to insure we were extremely satisfied. The entire experience was very pleasant and impressive. Never were we made to feel rushed or pressured. There was such a perfect balance between professionalism and personalism that we experienced with every dealership employee we encountered. This was not one of those purchases where after you drive off the lot you are forgotten. We barely made it home and Neil sent us a text thanking us for the purchase along with pictures that he had taken of us on and in from of the boat. Neil offered to contact the manufacturer in regards to the parameters of the limited lifetime hull warranty. Three days later he called us with the good news.

The entire shopping experience at Sunsport Marine was a pleasure. Top notch showroom and Tom and his staff really made the whole experience special. Definitely will recommend to others
